Mat Lab Limited was established in 1996 for the purpose of carrying out small-scale ground investigations, drainage surveys and soil testing. To date most of the work carried out each year is still concerned with domestic subsidence related insurance claims, however, larger investigations can also be carried out.

GEODRIVE

The Geodrive division of Mat Lab also performs ground investigations, however, Geodrive mainly carries out the more extensive investigations and utilises a wide range of window sampling and dynamic probing equipment to enable the provision of data for design of foundations, piling and grouting schemes.

Geodrive also has extensive experience in chalk solution feature investigations throughout southern England.
